Our workspace is Workaholic and suite members only and offers a range of flexible, affordable working options for creative businesses with facilities including 1GB fibre-optic internet, communal kitchen and break out areas and event space.

We offer hot desking and private suites on flexible terms with low upfront costs and no long-term commitments.

Matthews Yard's original coworking space was selected as one of the top 10 UK workspaces by Crunch Magazine. In 2014, we were one of six innovative spaces to be featured extensively as a case study for a report commissioned by the Mayor of London and our cafe has one numerous awards over the years.

Want to become a member? We have a range of memberships to suit everyone. Our workspace is particularly favoured by local creatives, technologists and visual artists. Our supporters are primarily local activists, community spirits and parents with young families.
