BP1 Coworking Rapperswil

Our house on the edge of Rapperswil's old town with a view of Lake Zurich has a long history.

The foundation walls were built in the early 20th century and organs were built here until 2011.

In 2012, Fabian Villiger completely renovated the building and transformed the property from an organ building workshop into an advertising agency.

In 2018, he sold the advertising agency and decided to build a pretty, no-frills coworking space in the beautiful office space - today's H13 Coworking Space.

Today, numerous people come and go every day. One of the main tenants is Rapperswil Zürichsee Tourismus, which occupies a large part of the first floor.

There are also around 20 coworkers spread throughout the building. A great community and a great "togetherness".
