In our commercial building in Magden we rent out 6 beautiful, bright individual offices, unfurnished, from 16m2 to 24m2.

The cozy lounge with cafeteria, a small kitchen with microwave and the toilet facilities are available for shared use by the tenants.

A high-performance WLAN guarantees trouble-free working and access to the Internet.

A mute lab is also available for stress-free telephone calls or online meetings. We have also organized cleaning and waste disposal for you.

Parking spaces and archives can also be rented. A beautiful, sun-protected seating area with a barbecue and dining table is ideal for a cozy outdoor lunch in summer.
