Located in the unique Modern Madrid, an old English-looking neighborhood where small hotels were built with entrances covered by wooden balconies and small gardens, thanks to the influence of the British who came to the capital to build the new Madrid subway.

The concept of Utopicus Francisco Silvela, created by Idoia Otegui, was born from the idea of creating an innovative place in an environment that is still connected to its roots. The layout and design of the space will transport you back to this Madrid era to pay homage to its history and grow into the future. The chotis, the verbena, the rosquilla or the pichi are the names that give meaning to the different environments of the space and that will immerse you in the early twentieth century history of this characteristic building.
