Utopicus Diagonal, a space designed to generate stronger, more efficient and lasting connections with people, projects and the environment.

A space located on the second and third floors of Diagonal 532, in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample, designed to accommodate only companies that value a premium model of flexible office, with high quality and representativeness in the CBD of the city.

With 2.600m2 and a large terrace for exclusive use, Utopicus Diagonal does not have shared workstations (Working Pass), and is dedicated only to private offices. Access only for these organizations, which will be able to exclusively enjoy all the services of the space: outdoor offices with natural light, meeting rooms, spaces for events, phone booths, a canteen and parking spaces, among others.

Its design is the work of architects and interior designers Ellen Rapelius and Mónica Torner, taking Diagonal Avenue as a common thread, with its noble buildings, parks and cultural history. This is reflected in the materials used, the vegetation on the terrace, the inspiration of the meeting rooms and all the details that surround the space.

In keeping with the Group's commitment to the environment and people's well-being, the renovation of the building focused on technology and sustainability. This has been endorsed by the Breeam Very Good and Breeam Excellent certifications.
