The space will act as a hub for budding entrepreneurs, freelancers and remote workers, with shared offices, flexible desks, meeting rooms, a boardroom and a limited number of permanent desks available.
The Station House fee structure will ensure that both start-ups and established small businesses have equal opportunities to access the facilities as the overarching aim is to maintain Monaghan’s entrepreneurial reputation and connect the business community.
The Station House is being developed by Paul and Ann Bowe (formerly of BD Foods and Monaghan Physiotherapy Clinic respectively). They saw great potential in this old building and are always keen to give back to the community.
