Beresford Business Centre
Designed by Charles Lanyon who also designed many of Northern Irelands most iconic buildings of the era, it has served many purposes over the years.
Originally built in the late 19th Century as a shirt factory it has been repurposed many time but the building was modernised in 1999 and it has found it's current use as a modern office block ever since.
