IGO3D Office Co-Working Space Vahrenwalder - Hanover

The desk space is part of a combined office.

Our company sells 3D printers and also has some equipment in the office, but the tenant does not have access to it.

The office can be divided into three rooms:

• the community area,
• the showroom and the silent area,
• which also contains the desk space provided.

As already mentioned, there are some 3D printers in the showroom and it is also the room through which you enter the office.

There are also some 3D prints on display and there is a long table for receiving guests and also for some of the company's meetings.

When you enter the office, the silent area is on the left and the toilets are on the way there; the community area is on the right.

The community area is where the majority of our employees spend time and work.

This is also where the fridge, microwave and coffee machine are located, which tenants can also use.

The Silent Area is a little less actively used, but employees are also in there, so it is unlikely to be completely silent, but conversations are less loud there.

There is a meeting room in both the Community Area and the Silent Area, which is separated from the rest of the office by glass walls.

The tenant is permitted to use this second meeting room in the silent area.
