At La Factory, we no longer believe in 3/6/9 leases and this has been reflected in our rental offers since the very beginning of our activity. Traditional leases no longer reflect reality. In this context of a new normal imposed by the health crisis, entrepreneurs need to break away from the straitjacket of long term and rigid leases that are not adaptable.
We offer what we call "Custom-Fit Workspaces". These are workspaces (offices, storage spaces, workshops) adapted to your needs and that evolve with your business over time. We offer shorter term leasing arrangements that allow you to partially withdraw within a reasonable time frame or to grow at your own pace.
