Can you rent an office by the month at Sruk?
＋
Yes: Sruk rents 2 closed offices, from 2 to 8 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
- For 2 people: from €690 excl. tax per month
- For 8 people: from €2,480 excl. tax per month
How much does one desk cost per month at Sruk?
＋
Per desk, the most affordable office at Sruk works out at €310 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.
What is the largest team Sruk can hold?
＋
The largest closed office at Sruk holds 8 people.
Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 2 offices, 10 desks are listed there in total.
And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
