The premises where Leburó is located was one of the last haberdasheries in Valladolid until September 2021. It has been completely refurbished following a project designed to optimize the space. It has been converted into a bright, versatile, cozy and quiet coworking space.
It is located in the neighborhood of Cuatro de Marzo, between the hustle and bustle of Paseo de Zorrilla and one of the lungs of Valladolid, the green area of Pisuerga. The area is undergoing a complete remodeling.
Several streets and squares have been renovated and it is very well connected with the center, the west (Science Museum walkway and Parquesol) and the south of Valladolid (La Rubia, Polígono de Argales, Covaresa, Parque Alameda, Arroyo de la Encomienda, etc.).
It is a multifunctional place: we have tables for fixed and flexible workstations, a meeting room, a booth to isolate yourself during a video call and a kitchen to eat or have a coffee (the place for important decisions).
The work area is surrounded by large windows to make the most of natural light. Remember that we also offer space rental for business meetings, training courses and other purposes.
Leburó has a participatory vocation and one of its objectives is to integrate into the neighborhood and collaborate with its inhabitants.
