Swap Coworking Coworking space
Lowest prices by type and duration, excluding tax.
SWAP Coworking was born as one of the innovation projects of GTC TESA.
We are a Canarian business group present since 1984 in the telecommunications, engineering, real estate and integral services sectors. Currently we have focused on our forte: property management.
We offer our clients different rental options, from desks or offices in the coworking, to premises, offices, warehouses or even buildings of our own property.
We give companies the possibility to grow with us, expanding their workspaces according to the changing needs of each business.
