We believe in the regenerative economy, we believe in remodelling, in recycling for use. In 2023 we decided to expand our concept of private rooms to the Avenida Shopping Centre and so Prontos. CC Avenida was born. Located right next to Prontos. Avenida and is one of the city's most beloved old shopping centres.
There were some vacant shops there, but they needed revitalising.
On the other hand, we needed space to be able to respond to the requests that came in for small and medium-sized businesses.
In just a few months we remodelled some of the shops and gave them the Prontos. concept, with comfort, personalised design and secure, professional internet.
Once the work was finished, we filled the new spaces in the shopping centre with new inhabitants, a vibrant energy from different generations, nationalities and business areas.
Because we never go it alone, this dynamism was only possible thanks to the collaboration and enormous partnership of several local companies, who, like us, embraced this challenge of breathing new life into the city's forgotten spaces.
