The Suikerfabriek is an experience center located in a large historical building in the harbor area of Bergen op Zoom. It is the largest monumental building in "De Kaai". Easyspaces manages and owns De Suikerfabriek. Easyspaces offers you the possibility to rent your own unit, flexible space, meeting room or other public space.
You can enjoy a unique working space in a beautiful building located within walking distance of the city center. The exterior of this listed building has been restored to its original condition. The interior has been designed to present a modern and surprising look and offer space for many different businesses. With the installation of solar panels and modern equipment, the building is nearly energy neutral.
Common facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, restrooms, central alarm system and cleaning of public areas. The available meeting rooms can be booked by entrepreneurs renting L'Espace spaces, but also by outside companies. A good cup of coffee or tea in the centrally located café square offers interesting conversation opportunities.
Bergen op Zoom is also a historic walled city with a rich history, which makes it a great place to work. De Suikerfabriek, formerly Interium, is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle or car and is within walking distance of the center of Bergen op Zoom.
In front of the experience center you will find plenty of paid parking spaces and 100 meters further on you can park for free. The building is open on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. The Suikerfabriek is accessible to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
