In the 19th century, this monumental building, also called the Mercurius Building, was built. Originally, this building was intended to be a commercial passage, in which a hotel was also present. The building was a spiritual center for a short time and eventually became an office building.
As of 2021, this building has become the headquarters of StartDock Coworking so that entrepreneurs can grow their business in the most central location in Amsterdam!
