Samsam wants to offer a place to work in a neat, friendly and comfortable space, without too much hassle, and therefore with an all-inclusive monthly rent.
This includes service charges, gas/lighting and internet. (turnkey). You can arrange your rented space as you wish and use the services offered, but you are not obliged to do so.
Samsam offers spaces from 2 to 40 workstations, varying from 20 to 200 m2. We also have furnished office spaces.
We have a meeting room that you can reserve free of charge, picnic tables outside and a spacious lobby where you can call, work, have lunch or chat with your colleagues, relations or other tenants.
This space can't be booked online yet, but its neighbours can: offices, desks and meeting rooms by the day, booked and paid online. For a longer stay, contact us to check availability.
