Hub13 offers permanent offices, co-working desks, meeting rooms, workshops and studios in a uniquely redeveloped sawmill.
It is located in a rural location, just off Junction 13 of the N11 between Greystones and Wicklow Town in beautiful County Wicklow.
Facilities include fibre optic broadband, secure parking and flexible working arrangements. It is ideally located for cycling, hill walking and is close to Newcastle beach.
Historically, the sawmill was a place of creation and design in traditional crafts such as wheelwrighting, joinery and tool making.
Huw has redeveloped the sawmill using his architectural and joinery skills to preserve many of the original features.
This honours the craftsmanship and heritage of the previous generations of O'Tooles who worked at the sawmill.
Although the nature of work has changed, Hub13 continues to be a place of community, industry and creativity.
It is a recommended member of the Wicklow Craft Foundation and offers versatile studio and workshop spaces.
We offer an artist-in-residence grant to help foster local creativity. Hub13 also hosts micro-gigs, community events and exhibitions.
