Do you need a proper workspace – and some cool people around you?

We have a spacious office (approx. 50m²) in Solingen-Wald and are looking for a sublet partner to join a genuine office community. We share everything – the space, the resources, the energy. And for that to work, we need to get on well.

What you get:

50m² of workspace – shared (there are always 2–3 of us), but still your own space

Fully shared infrastructure – internet, electricity, furnishings

Black-tile upgrade – we’ll pay for the new flooring

Open to genuine collaboration – not lonely, but not forced into constant interaction either

Reliable and respectful – we want positive vibes, no drama

You’re happy with our coffee-break culture – we work better together

You need to be honest about this:

The office is under CCTV surveillance – theft and vandalism don’t stand a chance here. We automatically delete the footage after a short time. This isn’t paranoia, but protection for everyone. If that’s fine with you, then you’ll fit right in.

How it works:

A viewing is compulsory – and it’s a chance to really get to know each other. We’ll see together if we’re a good fit. A quick viewing is over in no time, but you can’t just cancel a sublet agreement on a whim.

One hour for all three of us – that’s fair.
