The concept of La Cantine was established in the Rose City in early 2011, in the Saint-Aubin district. This place, initiated by the association La Mêlée and the urban community Toulouse Metropole was deployed in October 2016 in the premises of the Quai Des Savoirs, still in its mission to implement a site of coworking, hosting events and start-ups.
La Cantine Toulouse is now located on the second floor of the Quai des Savoirs.
La Cantine Numérique is above all a place of exchange, meetings and experimentation open to all those who are curious and passionate about the digital world. The plurality of the visitors' profiles and backgrounds makes La Cantine a space of intense mixing.
