How much does one desk cost per month at Hiptown EuroRennes?

What is the largest team Hiptown EuroRennes can hold?
＋
The largest closed office at Hiptown EuroRennes holds 10 people.
Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 4 offices, 20 desks are listed there in total.
