Housed in a quintessentially Parisian building, WeWork La Fayette is a six-story coworking space in the 9th arrondissement that is home to a vibrant community. Located near the Grand Boulevards district and a few blocks from the Saint-Lazare train station and the Garnier Opera, small and large companies from different sectors are brought together to collaborate and create.
Access to the building is easy: metro lines 7, 12, 8 and 9 as well as several bus lines are nearby. Many of our members like to go to Krêp or Le petit canard for lunch. If you want to take your employees or clients somewhere more upscale, Les Saisons and Le Saotico are ideal. With so much to offer, WeWork La Fayette is workspace heaven.
WeWork La Fayette is an Art Deco building full of character. It is our first building in Paris with a distinctly Parisian style. We celebrate the building's history by adding our signature WeWork touches.
However, we make a point of respecting the French spirit of the Roaring Twenties by using fabrics and leathers from great local houses such as Tassin. Rich velvets line the booths and benches, and many fine materials, such as walnut and solid brass, are used.
