We have one fixed workstation available immediately, with a comfortable worktop measuring approximately 150 × 85 cm.
Rate: €195 excl. VAT + €55 excl. VAT in service charges, totalling €250 excl. VAT per month, all-inclusive.
Come and share a bright, quiet and intimate workspace, fully renovated in 2022, located on Rue de Buzenval in Paris’s 20th arrondissement.
The 70 m² space comprises:
- an open-plan area with 12 workstations;
- a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.);
- a meeting room for 6 people with a TV screen;
- a small lounge/cafeteria area;
- a printer/photocopier;
- fibre-optic connection and RJ45 cabling.
The workstation is set up at a large shared table and features an Eames-style armchair and storage space.
The monthly service charge of €55 (excl. VAT) covers all running costs: cleaning, fibre broadband, electricity, heating, premises insurance, printer/photocopier, etc.
