Designed by the architect Franklin Azzi, The Bureau IV September was conceived as a window on the city with its open and transparent first floor.
The accessorization was again entrusted to The Socialite Family in order to create a visual unity between the different addresses. On the upper floors, closed offices dedicated to concentration and confidentiality are offered. Services that promote comfort, growth and productivity are available to members.
The restaurant "Le Comptoir" is one of the highlights of this address, it welcomes members as well as external guests for shared moments: catering at noon, it turns into a wine bar at the end of the day. L'Espace also features a lounge for morning coffee, herbal tea rooms, telephone booths and a fully equipped gym.
