It is part of the Macdonald warehouses conversion project, built in the 1960s, which the city initiated to regenerate the neighborhoods on either side of the eastern ring road.
Developed at the crossroads between Paris and Seine Saint Denis, it occupies a strategic position and is in line with the policy of the Paris Department and the Ile de France Region in favor of innovation. It is a first brick in the Arc de l'Innovation, embodying a mixed, sustainable, inventive city, open to synergies and exchanges with neighboring cities in the metropolis.
