Onzième Lieu Coworking space
Lowest prices by type and duration, excluding tax.
Onzième Lieu is a third place (third place after the home and the office) designed for visual artists and nomadic workers from all walks of life.
L'Espace offers 700 m² of shared work spaces, in accordance with the specific needs of these populations.
You can rent an office, a workshop, a photo studio or meeting rooms by the hour, by the day or by the month.
Onzième Lieuwas born from simple observations: on the one hand, studios are rare and often too expensive in Paris. Artists need to have access to them on an à la carte basis in order to avoid financial commitments and they sometimes suffer from the solitary aspect of their practice.
On the other hand, there are more and more nomadic workers, who are looking for places without commitment to work in optimal conditions.v
