Monthly fee: €9,500 (excl. VAT) for the entire space.
This includes exclusive use of the premises, fibre broadband and Wi-Fi, water, electricity, heating for office use, service charges and CCTV.
Cleaning is optional and will be invoiced separately based on a quote. You may also arrange for your own cleaning service provider.
Long-term tenancy only, for the entire space. No daily rentals or individual workstations. Tenancy agreement with service provisions.
