The location near the station is great, but getting into the building and up to the floors is a right faff!! Nobody answers; we’re stuck at the entrance. In the lift, you need a card or someone to swipe your pass to get up – there are no instructions and nobody at reception downstairs, or anyone who knows what’s going on!! It’s really rather poor, especially as this isn’t the first time!!... It’s a real shame, as otherwise the premises, facilities and location are spot on! A bit pricey, but within the usual range for this sort of service. Please sort out the access issues – it’s important.
