The opening of this new coworking space Nice gare is scheduled for 2020 after many months of work as part of the rehabilitation of the sorting center of the emblematic Post Nice Thiers. This new workplace will take advantage of this sublime "Art Deco" brick architectural setting with concrete foundations.
This emblematic building, designed in 1931 by architect Guillaume Tronchet, will once again be open to the people of Nice and more particularly to its local economic fabric. The ambition of this coworking space of more than 2000m2 is to offer modern conditions of reception and work for the entrepreneurs, independent workers, startups, SME, ETI and large local groups but also national even international.
A former sorting center transformed into a space for business and meetings
The many months of work carried out with our partner Poste Immo (property of the La Poste group) will allow us to offer flexible and professional services such as: the rental of private and shared offices for 1 hour, 1 day, 1 month, 1 year, 10 years..., numerous meeting and event spaces for the organization of training, meetup, conferences, training, creativity workshops, recruitments, product launches and commercial and tax domiciliation.
Almost all of the office and coworking spaces have natural light and are equipped with internet connections and a brand new relaxation area, "Bar, Café cuisine", lounge with free access, as well as an "out of the box" space for a new innovative meeting mode by Startway. The coworking space in Nice will be led by a community manager from Nice, whose objective will be to create positive synergies (social links and business opportunities) between Startway members and the local economic fabric.
The ecosystem built by Startway and its partners will also be able to support companies and employees in their growth (fundraising, search for financing, accounting expertise, wage portage, HR, labor law, auditing, language training, marketing ...).
