Yes: Mundo-M rents 7 closed offices, from 3 to 14 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
Per desk, the most affordable office at Mundo-M works out at €190 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.
The largest closed office at Mundo-M holds 14 people.
Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 7 offices, 49 desks are listed there in total.
And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
