At once a coworking space, a café, a canteen and a third place open to the city, the Tiers-Lab is a multi-purpose space where you can settle in permanently to work or nomadically for a day.
Located in the Chutes-Lavie district, close to the Chartreux metro station and 20 minutes from La Gare Saint-Charles, you can easily come and enjoy this natural space in the city. The place is warm and welcoming, with our large, ecologically renovated Bastide dating back to the 16th century, ready to welcome you all year round for a coffee under our beautiful glass roofs.
With over 60 residents and coworkers, you'll be able to develop your network and take advantage of an active community from a wide range of sectors: architecture, environment, CSR, digital, art and more.
Every lunchtime, the Le Présage team serves up tasty dishes made with organic, local and seasonal produce, which you can enjoy on our shaded terraces at the foot of the plane trees.
Our luminous, modular office spaces can be adapted to suit all working styles, with private offices, shared spaces, videoconferencing booths, meeting rooms and training rooms.
