"Bureaux & Co La Serre will be the first collaborative space to open in the inner suburbs of Paris, in a unique location 150 meters from metro line 13.
This former factory, which was used during the war and then converted into offices, is being renovated to become a warm and welcoming place to work and live.
Under a magnificent 15 m high La Verrière and an exposed wooden frame, there are about twenty offices from 10 to 40 m2, large shared spaces dedicated to coworking, but also a gym, a rest room, and even a slide (access to the 2nd floor).
We will also be able to host afterworks, seminars, training days and private events.
This space is part of an eco-responsible approach, with the objective of reducing our waste, sorting and recycling what can be sorted and favoring soft mobility.
For this, a bicycle room and a rental service will be available.
