Now Connected Lille Europe Coworking space

11 Parvis de Rotterdam, 59777 Lille

Yes: Now Connected Lille Europe rents 2 closed offices, from 2 to 4 desks, on a monthly rent.

The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.

• For 2 people: from €1,100 excl. tax per month
• For 4 people: from €2,200 excl. tax per month

Per desk, the most affordable office at Now Connected Lille Europe works out at €550 excl. tax per month.

This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.

The largest closed office at Now Connected Lille Europe holds 4 people.

Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 2 offices, 6 desks are listed there in total.

And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
