1 reviewVerified booking
Having booked through Workin Space, I didn’t have the access code or the office number. Fortunately, I was given the details over the phone. The Wi-Fi was also unusable in my case (I couldn’t connect to the company’s internal services). I didn’t have time to find out why, so I spent the afternoon on 4G… Apart from that, everything went well.

Yes: Lieusaint Coworking rents 5 closed offices, from 1 to 4 desks, on a monthly rent.
The rent is all inclusive: equipped desk, charges, cleaning and shared services. That is what makes it hard to compare with a conventional lease, always quoted excluding charges.
Per desk, the most affordable office at Lieusaint Coworking works out at €205 excl. tax per month.
This is the figure we use to compare two buildings: it cancels out office size and brings out the real gap between operators.
The largest closed office at Lieusaint Coworking holds 4 people.
Nothing says you have to stay in one room: by combining several of the building's 5 offices, 12 desks are listed there in total.
And that figure does not tell the whole story. Large floors are rarely marketed online: operators keep them for qualified enquiries, and we regularly source ones that appear nowhere. Tell us about your project, we search off market too and come back to you within 48 hours.
