Definitions
Client: any professional or natural person with legal capacity within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or legal entity, who visits the Site covered by these general terms.
Content: all the elements making up the information present on the Site, in particular texts, images and videos.
Client information: all the personal data that workin.space may hold to manage your account and the customer relationship, and for analysis and statistics purposes.
User: internet user who connects to and uses the aforementioned site.
Personal information: « information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, the identification of the natural persons to whom it applies » (article 4 of Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978). The terms « personal data », « data subject », « processor » and « sensitive data » have the meaning defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).
1. About the website
Pursuant to article 6 of Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the workin.space site are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and monitoring.

2. General terms of use of the site and the services offered
The Site is an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. The Client may in no way reuse, assign or exploit for its own account all or part of the elements or works of the Site.
Use of the workin.space site implies full and complete acceptance of the terms of use described below. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time; users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. workin.space may however decide on an interruption for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavour to communicate the dates and times of the work beforehand.
3. Description of the services provided
The purpose of the workin.space website is to provide information about all of the company's activities. workin.space strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update, whether caused by itself or by the third-party partners that provide it with this information.
All information provided on the site is given for guidance only and is subject to change. Moreover, the information appearing on the site is not exhaustive.
4. Contractual limitations on technical data
The site uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held liable for material damage related to its use. The user undertakes to access the site using recent, virus-free equipment with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser. The site is hosted by a provider within the territory of the European Union in accordance with the GDPR (no. 2016-679).
The host ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It nevertheless reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, in particular for the maintenance or improvement of its infrastructure.
workin.space and the host cannot be held liable in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephone equipment.
5. Intellectual property and infringement
workin.space owns the intellectual property rights and holds the usage rights to all the elements accessible on the website, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site is prohibited, except with prior written authorisation from workin.space.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered to constitute infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitations of liability
workin.space acts as publisher of the site and is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.
workin.space cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, nor for indirect damage (loss of market, loss of opportunity) resulting from its use.
Interactive areas are available to users. workin.space reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, and to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, in particular in the event of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic message.
7. Management of personal data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the Act of 21 June 2014 on confidence in the digital economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, as well as the GDPR (no. 2016-679).
7.1 Controllers of personal data collection
For the personal data collected when creating the User's personal account and during their browsing of the Site, the data controller is BEEFAIR SAS, represented by François Vermeil, its legal representative. Whenever workin.space processes personal data, all reasonable measures are taken to ensure its accuracy and relevance in relation to the purposes pursued.
7.2 Purpose of the data collected
- enable browsing of the Site, and the management and traceability of the services and products ordered: connection and usage data, billing, order history
- prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): equipment used, IP address, password (hashed)
- improve browsing of the Site: connection and usage data
- conduct optional satisfaction surveys: email address
- run communication campaigns (SMS, email): telephone number, email address
workin.space does not sell your personal data, which is therefore used only out of necessity or for statistical and analytical purposes.
7.3 Right of access, rectification and objection
In accordance with the European regulations in force, Users have the following rights:
- right of access (article 15 GDPR) and rectification (article 16 GDPR), updating and completion of data
- right to lock or erase personal data (article 17 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c GDPR)
- right to restrict data processing (article 18 GDPR)
- right to object to data processing (article 21 GDPR)
- right to the portability of the data provided (article 20 GDPR)
- right to determine the fate of the data after death and to choose to whom it will be communicated
If the User wishes to know how workin.space uses their personal data, to ask for it to be corrected or to object to its processing, they may write to: BEEFAIR SAS — Service RGPD, 1 rue de Stockholm, 75008 Paris, identifying themselves with a copy of an identity document. Users may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data
workin.space refrains from processing, hosting or transferring the collected information to a country located outside the European Union or deemed « inadequate » by the European Commission without first informing the client. workin.space undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and does not collect any « sensitive data ».
7.5 Types of data collected
workin.space collects the information that helps improve the user experience and provide contextualised advice: last name, first name, company, email and telephone. This data is kept for a maximum period of 9 months after the end of the contractual relationship.
8. Incident notification
No method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. If we became aware of a security breach, we would notify the users concerned so that they could take appropriate measures. Our notification procedures take account of our national and European legal obligations.
No personal information of the user is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties. Only the hypothetical acquisition of workin.space would allow such information to be transmitted to the potential buyer, who would be bound by the same obligation.
To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, workin.space uses networks protected by standard measures: firewall, pseudonymisation, encryption and password.
9. Hyperlinks, cookies and internet tags
The site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the authorisation of workin.space. However, workin.space is not able to check the content of the sites thus visited and will accordingly accept no liability in this respect.
9.1 Cookies
A « cookie » is a small information file sent to the User's browser and stored on their device. It contains information such as the domain name, the internet service provider, the operating system, and the date and time of access. Cookies pose no risk of damaging the User's device.
The User can configure their browser to accept or refuse cookies, systematically or depending on their sender. If they refuse to store them or delete those already stored, their browsing and experience on the Site may be limited.
9.2 Internet tags
workin.space may occasionally use internet tags and deploy them through a partner specialising in web analytics. This technology makes it possible to assess visitors' responses to the Site and the effectiveness of its actions, as well as the User's use of the Site.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the workin.space site is subject to French law. Except where the law does not permit it, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Paris.
