In response to the growing demand from entrepreneurs and employees in the Lille area, a new coworking space has just opened its doors in the prestigious Palais de la Bourse, in the heart of the city, a few minutes' walk from the SNCF train station and public transport.

Flexible spaces

This new space covers 3200 m² and offers 75 offices to share, ranging from one person to 20. There is no need for a commercial or professional lease or to provide a deposit, making it easy for mobile workers to come to the space for the day or for a longer period.

If it is possible to rent a private office, you can also join the community of entrepreneurs who come to work throughout the day in the place. A badge is thus provided, a choice made by more than 460 coworkers in the Lille metropolis , a few minutes away from the coworking spaces of Villeneuve d'Asq.

A unique rooftop

To facilitate work, but also meetings with customers or meeting with other entrepreneurs, convivial spaces are available. In addition to the meeting rooms, there is a dining room and relaxation areas with a table soccer table. There is even a rooftoop allowing to discover the view on the roofs of the Old Lille. These services are offered to all people who come to this new coworking space in Lille, at no extra cost.

Encouraging discussions

To encourage meetings and exchanges between entrepreneurs who don't necessarily know each other, there is an open space called the Corbeille, in reference to the past of the Palais de la Bourse. It allows to work and exchange directly in contact with the interior square of the Palais, and to benefit from a different working environment compared to other coworking spaces, notably the coworking spaces in Roubaix.
