Looks like the family is growing! Everywhere in France in 2025, new coworking spaces and flexible workspaces are springing up, in Paris of course, but also in Rennes, Dijon, Clermont, Brest, and even in small towns that had never before seen a shared office. After a period of curiosity, the time has come to put down roots: hybrid places where people work, exchange and breathe are becoming everyday landmarks. And the figures bear this out: by 2025, there will be almost 4,200 such spaces, representing growth of 23% in one year, according to one of our colleagues. As we mentioned at the start of the year, the market is beginning to stabilize at around 6% annual growth until 2026. It's fair to say that telecommuting is taking hold, collective work is making a comeback, and workspaces are being invented. So, to celebrate this vitality, here's our birth announcement for new coworking and flexible office spaces: welcome to the newcomers to the French coworking family. We share with you our 5 latest finds.
What are the new coworking spaces in the Paris region?
Morning opens two new spaces in the Paris region
Located in the Hauts-de-Seine region, Morning is inaugurating two new large-scale sites in Levallois-Perret and Clichy, totalling 14,500 m² of flexible space, according to ourAffiches Parisiennes colleagues. The Levallois site (6,500 m²) takes over the address 18 bis rue de Villiers, near Louise Michel station, and features two terraces including a rooftop, a planted patio, 21 meeting rooms, 37 acoustic booths and a dedicated gym. In Clichy, the 8,000 sq. m. space is designed as a "hybrid" space for teams, freelancers and creatives alike, with a "Studio Morning" (photo studio, podcast, drawing tables) and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Sacré-Coeur.
These openings illustrate the growing importance of quality coworking in the inner suburbs of Paris, based on the new practices of hybrid, collaborative and mobile working.
Deskopolitan opens 12 new high-end private coworking offices in Paris
Located in the heart of the 11ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, at 226 boulevard Voltaire, this project named "La Distillerie" expands Deskopolitan's Voltaire campus with 12 new high-end private offices. Each of these offices can accommodate 4 to 5 workstations in an environment combining design, comfort and serenity.
It's more than just a workspace: it's a premium ecosystem, combining heritage industrial architecture (historic ex-distillery), noble materials and top-of-the-range fittings. Two large meeting rooms complete the offer, for exchanges or presentations in the best possible conditions.
Our ambition? To offer small teams or demanding companies a "turnkey" setting where they can concentrate, collaborate and succeed, without compromising on image or comfort.
Coworking continues to expand in the regions
Welcome to The Social Hub in Toulouse
Located in the heart of Toulouse's Compans-Caffarelli district, the new The Social Hub Toulouse, inaugurated in September 2025, is a hybrid space halfway between coworking, conviviality and urban breathing.
Designed for freelancers, digital-nomads, telecommuters and project leaders, it offers both bright, bay-windowed workstations and more intimate corners for making a call or concentrating. The icing on the cake: coworkers can take advantage of a lobby bar, restaurant, rooftop (with swimming pool in summer) and even access to 21 other locations in the European network.
Vichy goes all out for coworking
In Vichy, La Montagne reports that a new coworking space with a budget of around 1 million euros is preparing to open its doors in the coming months. Located right in the heart of the town, the new facility has been designed to meet the growing demand for hybrid uses: telecommuting, freelancing, local start-ups or project teams. It will offer open-plan workstations, private offices, meeting rooms, and a connected design environment conducive to creativity and collaborative work. The ambition? To provide the region's working people and entrepreneurs with a high-quality, flexible working environment adapted to new work rhythms, while at the same time contributing to Vichy's regional dynamism.
IWG still very active in deploying its spaces
La Provence makes the front page with the opening of new flexible workspaces by IWG.
Located in Marignane, at the heart of the Floricity business park and just 15 minutes from Marseille-Provence airport and the Aix-TGV train station, the Regus Marignane Floricity site inaugurated by by International Workplace Group (IWG) offers a surface area of around 1,146 m² for up to 133 workstations. The premises comprise 46 private offices, a coworking area with 8 workstations, two meeting rooms (4 and 10 places), a business lounge and a 100 m² reception area.
The location is strategic, as is often the case with this coworking brand's spaces, and is part of a dynamic neighborhood, with a neighboring office park, major industrial players and developing infrastructures (new shops, crèche, gym) to make the site a real hub for nomadic workers, teams on assignment and freelancers. Proximity, flexibility, integrated services... a good example of "new generation" coworking.
