The Vaaßen Immobilien Group is a family business that has been based in Königsdorf since the mid-1970s.

For over four decades, the company has stood for quality and expertise in the field of commercial and private residential construction and property management. Our experience, reliability and the pleasure we take in our work ensure lasting satisfaction on both sides. This is both a challenge and a motivation for us every day.

In addition to the founder Alfred Vaaßen, the next generation of the family is already working in the company with Dipl.-Kfm. Peter Vaaßen and Dr. Nicole Schreiber. This ensures continuity and reliability on the one hand, and progress and further development on the other.

Over the past decades, numerous construction projects have been developed in the west of Cologne and the surrounding area under our leadership. These include the business and technology park in the west of Cologne with its more than 100 resident companies.
