Le Cargo Boulevard Macdonald - Paris 19

This 15,000 m², 6-story building is located in the northeast of Paris, between Porte de la Villette and Porte d'Aubervilliers, connected to St Lazare in 12 minutes by line E (Rosa Parks station) and at the foot of Tramway T3b. It is part of the Macdonald warehouses conversion project, built in the 1960s, which the city initiated to regenerate the neighborhoods on either side of the eastern ring road.

Developed at the crossroads between Paris and Seine Saint Denis, it occupies a strategic position and is in line with the policy of the Paris Department and the Ile de France Region in favor of innovation. It is a first brick in the Arc de l'Innovation, embodying a mixed, sustainable, inventive city, open to synergies and exchanges with neighboring cities in the metropolis.
