Le Totem Boulevard Maréchal Lyautey - Grenoble

Launched in 2014 by the Ayrault government in order to federate digital actors so that France is a country that counts in this field, the French Tech approach has taken the form of a cooperative in Grenoble.

Financed by local authorities such as the Grenoble Metropolis and the Grésivaudan, by the participations of its co-operators and by the rental of its spaces and connections, the French tech a la grenobloise has exceeded, since its launch, the simple stage of "space-of-coworking-incubator" to carry out projects such as the establishment of a training program for computer programmers - manpower that is sorely lacking in France - or the one of an investment fund intended for companies not covered by existing funds such as the Scop.
