Located in the heart of the Loire castles, the Moulin de l'Amasse opens the doors of its barn, completely renovated in 2023.

We welcome you for a few hours of coworking or for a telecommuting stay, for small group seminars or coworking retreats in a calm, green setting conducive to concentration.

On the first floor, a large 70 m² living room offers a bright and comfortable common space, ideal for coworking:

• A large central table accommodates up to 6 coworkers,
• A cosy lounge area with a wood-burning stove for your breaks,
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi,
• Direct access to a wooden terrace with barbecue and nature views.
• Complimentary tea and coffee (filter, Nespresso, French press).
• Homemade snacks available on request.

Work in privacy: 4 bedrooms with a small office area.

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, each with :

• A study area with a high stool for working in peace and quiet,
• Private bathroom and WC,
• Reversible air-conditioning,
• Electric blackout shutters for optimum comfort.

Two of these rooms (rooms 1 and 4) are family rooms and include 2 additional single beds on the upper floor, perfect for a team or duo.

A fifth room with 2 single beds can be adapted to suit the needs of your group.

• Access to a 2-hectare garden, shared with the owners,
• Three river branches and a pond cross the grounds,
