The Centre d'Affaires Alizés, created in 1993, is located in the La Rigourdière business park in Cesson-Sévigné, in the immediate vicinity of Rennes.
It is directly accessible from the ring roads and close to a large shopping center.

We manage an independent and high standing building of 1.800 m² with a private parking.

We address ourselves to the professionals

• for the establishment or the relocation of their company, an agency or a regional management,
• to answer the requests of partial telecommuting of the collaborators and thus to optimize the space or to adopt the flex office,
• who are looking for an office or a meeting room (face-to-face or videoconference),
• who wish to domicile their company.

We have 60 private offices, from 10 to 76 m², as well as 800 m² of shared common spaces (a reception, lounges, a lounge for lunch, a panoramic terrace, a shower).

We offer "turnkey" formulas without commitment and all included (private parking, utilities, cleaning, furniture, internet and telephone, coffee and tea...)
We are a team of 6 people who ensure the physical and telephone reception, the mail and photocopy service, and offer a corporate concierge service on site for the well-being of our clients and so that they can devote themselves fully to their activity.
