1. Description and operation of the Site
workin.space reserves the right to improve and modify the features of the Site at any time.
workin.space is an intermediary platform that connects a natural or legal person looking for a workspace within a third-party company, and that third-party company, as well as the provision by companies of workspaces. The relationships between the Users of these spaces and the companies are governed by specific provisions between them.
A contractual agreement between the User and the company providing workspaces governs the use of the spaces, via the internal regulations of each space, without workin.space being a party to that agreement.
2. Opening an account
Creating an account entails providing a certain amount of personal information. The User undertakes to provide accurate information.
When creating the account, the User is invited to choose a password. This constitutes personal and confidential information: its disclosure to any third party is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the site cannot be held liable for unauthorised access to the account. Any operation carried out using the User's password will be deemed to have been carried out by them.
The User undertakes to inform workin.space without delay of any unauthorised use of their password and to cooperate actively to put an end to it. In the event of misuse, workin.space reserves the right to suspend or delete any password, or even any access to the account.
3. User obligations and liability

In particular, the User shall refrain from:
- attempting to mislead other Users by impersonating an identity or a company name, by damaging the image or reputation of other people, or by passing themselves off as a third party or an affiliate of workin.space
- disrupting, slowing down, blocking or altering the normal flow of data exchanged within the Site
